Credit Analyst               Main Office               Full-time

Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. The Credit Analyst will analyze financial information to provide objective assessment of risk for both individual and business relationships. No lending authority is expected. This position requires an accounting background or education, strong Excel proficiency, ability to work independently, and organization and time management skills for meeting deadlines.

Client Relationship Management Representative     Mountain Plaza Office     Full time

Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; Saturday mornings on a rotation basis. Open and revise checking, savings, time deposits, and safe deposit boxes. Explain and cross sell bank services. Open & maintain IRA accounts. Provide Notary Service. Provide assistance with card service products. Provide assistance with online banking functions. Handle telephone inquiries, prepare letters. Assist other team members. Complete reports as required. Provide general banking assistance to customers. Other duties as assigned. Excellent customer service skills. Verbal and written communication ability. Attention to detail a must. Efficient keyboarding and computer skills. Knowledge of Bank products/prior bank experience desired. Knowledge of IRA’s preferred. Good attendance record & professional appearance essential.

Branch Services Representative       Ridley’s Office     Part-time

9:00am-1:00pm 3 to 4 days a week; Saturday mornings on a rotation basis. Performs various duties including teller functions & client services in addition to sales promotions and activities. Provides exceptional customer service and demonstrates ability to work well in a team oriented environment. Perform paying & receiving teller functions: handling deposits & withdrawals, money orders, official checks and cash advances. Assisting clients with inquiries about bank services. Provides excellent & friendly customer service. Cross sells bank products & services to new & existing clients. Adheres to all security procedures, maintains standards in handling cash drawer and balancing. Cash handling ability/experience. High attention to detail. Self-starter, Goal and people oriented. Banking or retail background useful but not required. Professional appearance and demeanor. Flexibility in schedule, location and ability to handle multiple tasks.
